Please contact us with any queries you may have using the contact form or call the service line. Our employees will carry out an initial analysis of the problem and provide you with assistance and information if possible. The more information you can provide the better.
If a service is needed or requested, we will organise a date with you directly. Our service technician will call you on this date to arrange an exact time for the service.
When the technician arrives at your premises or at those of your customer, he will discuss the diagnostics and the work needed. He will then carry out the necessary work and subsequently explain the work steps involved. You can then review our service using a feedback card or online using our feedback form.
