If no new data are shown on Sunny Portal, this can have several causes:
The most common cause is a failure during data upload - for this, check the event protocol of your data logger.
While sending data via a modem it can happen that the byCall provider used has changed his number.
Make sure that the dial-in into the Internet works.
If the event protocol contains no indication as to the cause and the Internet connection works faultlessly, please contact the Sunny Boy service line.
