- Installation name in the portal
- if needed, a telephone number, should we have questions for you
In addition, make sure not to send us any links via email. Unfortunately, we cannot open these links because we have no access to your personal area in Sunny Portal.
To ensure prompt support, please send us the installation name, the page on which there are problems or questions and please make sure that "Access by SMA-Service", in the menu "installation properties" is activated.
