Senior engineer Tallaesen Fleming joins SMA Australia as Vice President of Large Scale and Project Solutions, with Josh Birmingham promoted to a global sales and markets role within SMA’s global operations

Tallaesen is a highly accomplished Chartered Professional Engineer with an impressive track record of 20 years in the construction industry. His expertise spans across diverse sectors, including water, gas, and civil engineering. However, it is within the realm of renewables where he has discovered his true passion.

With his deep understanding of renewable energy and his ability to inspire and motivate teams, Tallaesen is an invaluable asset in driving sustainable and impactful projects forward. His visionary approach and ability to deliver remarkable results make him a sought-after professional within the industry.

Tallaesen has led teams of over 100 people in delivering excellent project and organisational outcomes. Through his diverse experiences and training, Tallaesen has developed an inclusive leadership style that challenges teams to excel.

In his new role within SMA Australia, Tallaesen will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships within this crucial segment of the business.

During his tenure with SMA Australia, Josh has successfully led the Large Scale and Project Solutions team in the Australian market.
