Replace an Inverter
Replacement within factory warranty or extended warranty:
Create a service request in the Online Service Center.
A replacement device is usually shipped within 48 hours.
You’ll receive a comparable device with the latest updates.
Remaining warranty period transfers to the replacement device.
For devices outside warranty, new devices are available in the SMA Online Shop for PV professionals.

Register Your PV System
Your installer usually registers your PV system in Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS, a cloud-based platform from SMA for monitoring, control, and analysis of solar systems.
You can also create your own account at Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS and register your PV system.
Requirements: Internet connection, registration key (RID), and product identification key (PIC) from the device.
After logging in, you can add devices and activate service access.

In the SMA Online Service Center, you can manage all service processes conveniently online – from product registration to warranty extension.
