Following on the heels of the SMA 360° app that provides comprehensive support for installers in their daily work, the SMA Energy App is precisely tailored to the needs of end customers with solar systems and is designed to facilitate energy saving. All relevant energy data from the online SMA Sunny Portal is visualised through the intuitive, easy-to-use interface. This includes the solar power generation, consumption from the grid or solar, daily and historical data, cost savings, and the carbon footprint that the household has left behind since it started generating solar power. If you have a battery-storage system, you can also view its state of charge via the app. Future electric vehicle drivers using the upcoming SMA EV Charger will also be able to use the new SMA Energy App to conveniently plan the charging of their vehicles according to their needs.
